Individual BFD EAD Delay Case
Individual Suit v. Group Suit
These suits are for individuals or single families. They are based on the same legal theories as the group cases, but unlike group cases, these cases can be filed at any time, where you live, and focus on your case. In these cases, the only plaintiff is the Principal U visa Applicant. Because the Principal U visa Applicant signs all of the I918A forms. This permits these cases to be much quicker and easier to settle or fight. But unlike group cases, all of the costs are borne by the individual or the family. We are dedicated to using as many different strategies as possible to push the law forward, and that includes single plaintiff cases. A couple of big differences:
Timing - We can file your case within 10 days of your sign up.
Location - We can file in your home district.
Cost - Total cost is $5150 or 3 payments of $1850.
Parties - This is a single plaintiff case, but it will indeed get BFDs and EADs for all of your family members inside the United States.

-
No. I have never seen USCIS retaliate against a U visa applicant for filing a delay suit or being part of a group delay suit. First, it is illegal for them to retaliate against someone for suing them; the U.S. Constitution protects your right to sue the government. Second,
